Sat Nishan and Sarah are mother and daughter and have been holding and sharing this space for more than 15 years.

Sat Nishan Kaur
Co-founder of PRÂNA, she is our Kundalini Yoga teacher and trainer.
She has a long history in both the world of Yoga and holistic therapies, tools she uses to accompany people on their journey, from experience and heart.
Sat Nishan's classes are powerful and energetic, although they also have the fun and cheerful touch that characterizes her so much.
A spiritual seeker, Reiki master, reflexologist, and numerologist, her mission is to share the teachings of Kundalini Yoga and energy healing for the expansion of consciousness and well-being.
Beyond the yoga mat, Sat Nishan will accompany you in Reiki sessions, Reflexology, various holistic therapies and Numerology consultations.
Sarah De Santiago
Co-founder of PRÂNA, she is our Hatha Vinyasa Yoga teacher and trainer.
The practice of Yoga, Eastern philosophies, and energy therapies have been with her since she was very young, and are tools she uses both for herself and to support other people.
Her search has led her to study other self-knowledge tools such as Vedic Astrology and Ayurveda, sister sciences of Yoga.
Their mission is to share and help you delve deeper into all aspects of Yoga, both physical, mental, and subtle.
Sarah offers Vedic astrological chart readings, energy healing sessions, and tarot readings to accompany you on your path of personal and spiritual growth.
